What is a bore cylinder?

A bore cylinder is simply a type of cylinder characterized by the bore, which represents the diameter of the cylinder itself. Any cylinder can be characterized by the value of its bore, including both hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders. For example, small bore hydraulic cylinders are small in diameter (bore) and contain a smaller number of tie rods, usually 4.

Just remember, the smaller the bore, the smaller the cylinder.
