Cylinders & Valves, Inc. guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment of the order from our factory. Normal wear, misapplication, or misuse is, by necessity, excluded from this guarantee. Liability under this guarantee shall be limited to allowance for credit or replacement of the defective cylinders, valves, or parts.
